Happy Monday lovers! We’re kicking off the week with this gorgeous greenhouse wedding. Samantha and Brad married in Texas’ arid Hill Country, but that didn’t keep them from filling their special day with lush greenery and white blooms amid the cactus at their greenhouse venue. “I wanted the wedding to be beautiful but not over the top,” said bride Samantha. “Growing up, I always imagined having a California wedding, so I was also very inspired by the Napa/Santa Barbara-style wedding.” Her favorite detail was the suspended “chandelier” of white flowers over the reception area, as well as having their beloved dog take part in the festivities.
“Me and Brad both have the same favorite moment which was the first look. I don’t think either of us expected to feel so emotional about it, it was kinda a nice private moment for us since most of the wedding was not.” Brides-to-be, take note, if you’re looking for a few quiet moments and some extra guaranteed beautiful photos, we definitely recommend doing a first look!
“Having our dogs at the wedding was the most important, so of course having a dog friendly venue” said Samantha. “Not long before the wedding one of our dogs passed, brad and i carried her dog collar and tag with us throughout the night. It was important that she be there for us.” One of the sweetest things we’ve ever heard <3
