Having only 8 days actually on the island our days were packed full. Our itinerary included honeymoon portraits we professionally photographed ourselves at the acclaimed Padang Padang Beach from the movie Eat, Pray, Love and an exclusive dinner on the Ayana Resort’s private jetty. The more informal part of our trip was spent scuba diving wrecks, a 9 hour hike to the top of Bali’s highest point: Mount Agung for sunrise photos, Elephant Safari Park in Taro Jungle; and Tirtagangga Water Palace.
To make up for our inexcusable lull in Honeymoon Watch posts, we have this wonderful real Bali honeymoon by Photos by Miss Ann. I mean what better recommendation could there be than real honeymooners? Chris and Ann Peters, are an adventurous couple from Plymouth, Michigan who were married at Seljalandsfoss Waterfall in Iceland. After planning a destination wedding and post wedding adventures for 40 guests and a local reception in Ohio, they decided it was best to wait 6 months before going on their honeymoon. Waiting allowed them to keep the momentum of their newly wedded bliss before embarking on an action packed journey to Bali, Indonesia.
