Hit the thrift store! You never know what treasures you’ll find on the cheap that you can use for your wedding. Find some large, second hand picture frames and repurpose them to hold photos of you and your fiancé as decoration. This couple DIY-ed some smaller picture frames and used them for table number holders. You can also leave them as you found ‘em for a mismatched look.
You don’t need to have enormous bouquets at every table. Try clustering some smaller vases with single stems in each one. Even tiny votives don’t have to be used for just candles: Make mini bouquets to fill out each one!
Get in touch with your crafty side! Don’t be afraid to paint items in the colors you most love, or experiment with glitter and other textures. Make a night of it before the wedding date, and invite your wedding party over for snacks, drinks, and a DIY party.
Fresh produce adds color and character. Try apples, clementines, figs, or pears in thrifted bowls to use as a centerpieces or with escort cards to help guests find their table.
