Summer weddings get a lot of hype, but I think a fall wedding is truly PERFETE! I got engaged in February of 2015 and always dreamed of a fall wedding with deep jewel tone colors and crisp air. But for a Type A lady like myself, with a guest list nearing 200, I just didn’t have the chops to plan (or save for) a wedding in 6 months. We ended up having a truly beautiful May wedding the following year, but I won’t lie; whenever I see a perfectly styled fall wedding I get a little jealous.
One of the reasons why people love fall weddings so much is because they’re just so freaking stunning! Bold colors, lots of greenery (especially eucalyptus) and a lot of character- they seem to blend right in with the season change happening around them. And it doesn’t all need to be bold purples and reds either. Fall brides can look perfectly in season with white & greenery styled flowers as well. Even adding a pop or two of some blue roses (see below) can change the whole look of your bouquet.
