Spanish-styled Quail Ranch Wedding

Perfete / Tuesday July 17, 2018
We’re suckers for a chic outdoor wedding. Add in some Spanish style architecture and our fav plant bougainvillea? We’re goners. From the beginning, it was of the upmost importance for Megan and David for their friends and family to have fun at their wedding! They had originally discussed tying the knot in Mexico, but opted to keep the celebration closer to home at a Spanish-style private estate, Quail Ranch, in Simi Valley. However, they still brought Mexico-inspired accents into play — think terra-cotta place tiles and vases, equipales lounge pieces and LOTS of bougainvillea!  Additional standout details included the 3-tiered, semi-naked cake baked by scratch by the mother of the bride, and the protea-filled arrangements and bouquets lovingly crafted by the bride’s friend and bridesmaid.

Their favorite part of the night? “Walking away for a couple minutes with David and just watching our guests enjoy themselves… taking in all those emotions and feelings with just David was so special!”
