Elegant Florida Garden Party Wedding

Black and white was the color palette of Natalia and Chris’ Florida garden party wedding. With the infusion of dark green in the details throughout the day, from the bridal party’s getting ready pajamas to the white and dark green of the estate building, greenery of all kinds added to the natural beauty of the day at Florida’s Cypress Grove Estate House.

From the photographer,  Meche Ausina Photography:

Chris and Natalia met on Cinco de Mayo in Orlando through mutual friends from college. Natalia had just graduated from UF the weekend prior and was getting ready to move down to Miami for work, so she was definitely not expecting to meet her future husband that weekend! After two and a half years of long distance, they ended up moving up to Orlando in 2019 and getting engaged at the Biltmore in early December during a trip to Asheville.

Ultimately, they planned an elevated garden-party wedding at Cypress Grove with neutral colors and pops of black that included a formal, traditional dress code to match the glamour of the affair.

The details of everything, down to the bride’s Loeffler Randall shoes, took every element to a new level. Their florist, In Bloom Florist, included anemones with black centers in order to stay on theme, and the groom’s black velvet shoes upped the ante on style. Hurricane glass coverings over the candles added a sophisticated elegance to the reception tables, while the natural foliage and flowers mixed with white roses brought a natural elegance to die for throughout the entire day.
