Erik & Elizabeth’s Love Letter to the 20s

Feyi Bello / Friday October 15, 2021
Erik and Elizabeth’s Denver wedding was designed to bring a new meaning to the twenties.
The vintage glam-inspired day was hosted at a famous landmark in Denver, The Brown Palace Hotel. The couple loved the venue’s vintage luxe vibes, which would enhance the overall décor of the wedding day. All things sparkly, glamorous, and opulent filled the historic ballroom.
The wedding was originally designed for 200 guests but quickly shrunk down to 14 guests in person due to COVID. The couple wanted to still include all their family and friends from afar, so they had their event live-streamed throughout the entire night. They interacted by sending curated cakes with the art deco style, bottles of champagne, and itineraries for guests to follow along the evening. The remote guests dressed up, gave speeches, and ate the cake, and drank champagne at the same time the guests in person did. Technology was a huge part of the day that brought guests around the US together.
The design was focused on sparkle, over-the-top blooms, and dramatic candlelight. We designed the one-of-a-kind production to be filled with texture, warmth, sparkle, and all things glam. From luxe touches of acrylic menus to overflowing guest tables for two, the design was meant to fill a space and enhance the intimacy of the micro guest list!
