I’m kicking this off on a positive, motivational, you-can-do-it note. Please bear in mind that my tone will vary – sometimes, I’ll be soft and sensitive and other times…well, let’s just say you can count on me to give you the extra kick/reality check you need. Do not hesitate to return the favor.
I’m here today to tell you a truth – If I can do it, you can do it too. You see, I used to wear a size 18, size 20 jeans even. A chance encounter (which I plan to narrate at some point) kicked off my weight loss journey, which led me to where I am today.
So, this is for you who is on Day 1 or day 51 of your journey. Don’t quit. This is for all of you who are not trying to lose weight but working on transforming your bodies. This is for you trying to get stronger. This is for you who endured being called every name in the “overweight book.” This is for all you who has decided to adopt a healthier, more active lifestyle.
If I can do it, and trust me when I say this: So Can You.
