Jackie and Taylor chose the heart of Old Town Alexandria, one of the most picturesque spots in all of Virginia, for their beautiful engagement session. Their first location was the Athenaum Museum of Fine Arts. They were immediately drawn to this building for its beautiful architecture, as well as its pink hue which matched Jackie’s dress perfectly! Old Town Alexandria is full of so many unique nooks and crannies that ultimately give it a feeling of being its own little world. Then they made their way down to Alexandria’s waterside and took some gorgeous photos in the golden light. Jackie wanted to make their engagement session a little different and extremely memorable, so she chose to incorporate a beautiful, romantic bouquet of peonies to give their photo session a little something extra. Beth with Porter & Ives will be doing the florals for their wedding so she put together this lovely bouquet for the shoot.
