Stunning Italian Wedding on the Sorrento Coast

The minute it’s safe to travel again, Capri is without a doubt in my top 3 destinations I can’t wait to visit. It’s got all the romance of Italy but with an added ultra-glamorous island twist. This stunning wedding that took place on the Sorrento Coast gives us allll the wanderlust vibes – we can’t wait until destination weddings are back!

Steffany and Joel chose to have an intimate wedding in a boutique luxury resort perched on the hills on the Sorrento Coast, with stunning views over the island of Capri and the bay of Naples. The style of the day was elegant and classic, with a white and golden color palette. They celebrated a symbolic ceremony on a gorgeous terrace with beautiful sea view, accompanied by the soft notes of a string quartet.

Cocktails were served in the garden, with typical Italian food, such as fresh mozzarella and small pizzas, local vegetables. The reception was under the marquee in front of the island of Capri. The set up was two long imperial tables with glass charger plates with a golden rim and white flowers and greenery runner. A lot of olive leaves gave a local vibe to the decorations. After dinner the day ended with chill out and dancing and the cutting of the cake was accompanied by the most scenographic cold fountain fireworks display. Loving every second!
