NYBFW heaven continues with the Zuhair Murad “Mariage” Fall 2020 Bridal Collection. Here my friends we have romantic, regal high fashion. Like, you can tell these gowns are a pretty penny mmmkay? Intricate detail, structure and high drama. The desert setting of the campaign adds to the dreaminess of the collection. The designer describes the collection as something that “sits at the core of nature’s femininity – a liberal, yet composed spirit, unique to her own environment.”
The collection reflects a major trend of this year’s bridal market: the return of glamour and the ballgown. Big skirts, big volume. There are still a few looks that are body skimming with gorgeous lace and see through details, but overall the message is clear. Bridal is back baby! And we are loving every second of it.
