Something Blue Wedding Shoot featuring David’s Bridal Fall 2017

Today’s styled shoot is so wonderfully refreshing. While we absolutely love the blush bridesmaid trend (I mean, my girls wore it at my wedding) I feel like we haven’t seen a lot of variety lately in bridesmaid style. The David’s Bridal Fall 2017 Collection is a breath of fresh air, with beautiful hues that have us feeling inspired. This monochromatic styled shoot from Aisle Society makes us very excited for the looks to come this year. The overall feel to the shoot was that of light & airy with elevated design and style. Shot in an open floor plan loft space, the styled shoot took on a romantic modern metropolitan feel. Inspired by a Melissa Sweet for David’s Bridal wedding dress, in a dreamy ice blue, they wanted to push conventional wedding color palettes by playing in a world of only blue. The colors are stunning and the images truly do them justice thanks to Cassi Claire Photography.

The statement ceremony installation brought the wow factor into the loft space. Inspired by harlequin style tile, a massive backdrop was crafted featuring a diamond grid pattern with brushed metal overlay in a few key places. The result was a dazzling effect that allowed light to dance around the room.
