Sooooooooooooooooooooooooo my bridesmaids did an amazing job!!! I could not have planned a better shower. From the décor to the DELICIOUS food (catered by my Line Sister’s mother Helen Ford-Thigpen). I loved it all.
Before I entered the venue, I didn’t know what to expect. I was greeted by my Maid of Honor Ijeudo and my Matron of Honor Jennifer. They made sure that all was well with my hair and outfit before I walked into the room full of amazing guests. It was such a surprise! I tried to take everything in. I hugged all my guests, quickly scanned the décor in the room, and I was quickly instructed to have a seat front and center. We played some creative games and laughed our tails off!
The best moment of the shower for me was Jamaar (my hubby to be) surprise visit. It was indeed a shock to me because he had just returned from Thailand (due to work) and I was sure that he needed time to recuperate. So to see his beautiful face meant a lot to me. I also loved the creative décor. My bridesmaids set up a photo booth, candy bar, a fabulous display of appealing items that correlated with the theme. Words just can’t describe how amazing it was!
