The dreamy pink and lavender hues, the roses, the stunning umbrellas – it’s a true fairyland! “I wanted to design Shannon’s baby shower with a sophisticated vibe yet still sweet and girly,” said the planners from A Good Affair Wedding and Event Productions. “We met to discuss design ideas at her beautiful home and I was inspired by the wallpaper in her dining room. It had beautiful shades of lavender, dusty lilac, soft blush, and irredescent details. We set off to create a gorgeous invitation with the wallpaper design and acrylic in an irredescent finish. Irredescent is trending right now and it was super fun to bring into this design.”
“For the backyard we created a fabric tent and I wanted to hang florals and parasols in shades of blush and lavender to create a chic feminine vibe. Long dining tables we adorned with an ombre of hundreds of roses in individual bud vases. Irredescent charger plates, gorgeous menus, and velvet linens completed the tablescape design. Guests sipped on champagne and enjoyed a delicious brunch spread by Made by Meg catering.”
