Hey everyone! October marks FOUR months out from the wedding. HOLY CRAP! Time is definitely not slowing down for us to take a breath. Let me just tell you, planning a wedding, going to school full time, working full time, working out almost every night and trying to manage a family + house is a HARD task!!! I have definitely had to repeat, “it is all going to be worth it” to myself a few times. 😉 One thing I am having trouble with is getting in contact with a few of my vendors. It makes me pretty nervous because if they cannot answer my emails and respond to my voicemails now, what will they do on the wedding day?! It’s a pretty scary thou ght & I am not sure exactly what I should do about it. Any tips?

On a better note, we officially have all of our vendors booked! We are now starting to plan the smaller things: the layout of the room for the ceremony and reception, the invitations, the food we are serving, the music we want to play, etc. This part of wedding planning is so much fun. I have absolutely loved registering for wedding gifts, seeing proofs of our invitations, picking out cake stands, champagne glasses and other décor items. We also created our wedding website at; http://ianandalex.weddingjojo.com! I can just see everything coming together! Here is part of our October and November checklist:

  • Have my second fitting!
  • Finalize our menu.
  • Pay off all of our vendors.
  • Purchase the rest of our décor and my garter!
  • Finish my bachelorette favor bags.
  • Have my bridal shower.
  • Send out Invitations.
  • Enjoy the Holidays with my family!!!!
